Trenton Falls Scenic Trails Open May 14 and 15-5/2/2011
The Trenton Falls scenic trails, located in the Trenton Gorge on the West Canada Creek in northern Oneida County, will be opening again this spring, May 14 and 15
They are anticipating great weather, and all are invited to walk the trails, enjoy the falls, and start the season with a great experience.
Thanks to the Town of Trenton’s partnership with Brookfield Renewal Power, they are able to offer this opportunity to the public three weekends per year. Watch the papers for the openings in October.
Several activities are planned, such as local artists working in the scenic areas, historic talks and displays. There will be someone on site to explain the historic significance of the area and to talk about renewal energy. If you are an artist and would like to paint while the gorge is open, call 315-896-2664 weekdays.
