Lowville Four Corners Busy With Construction-4/11/2011
BLOCK FIRE CLEANUP - Cleanup from a February 5 block fire on North State Street in Lowville began last week. Employees of Independent Commercial Contractors Inc. erected fences around the fire site and were expected to spend three to five days removing rubble from the location. Engineers will then assess the foundations of the adjacent buildings before it may be refilled with uncontaminated dirt.
