Congressman McHugh Visits Boonville and Forestport
On Tuesday, October 14, Congressman John McHugh (right) paid a visit to Northern Oneida County to meet with constituents. The Congressman was at the Boonville Town and Village Offices from 1-2:30 p.m. and at the Forestport Town Hall from 3-4:30 p.m. to meet publicly with anyone who wished to discuss issues or problems involving the federal government. Wildcats Win Homecoming Game To Advance to Play-offs
The Adirondack varsity football team continued their winning ways with a 41 to 0 homecoming victory over Frankfort-Schuyler on Saturday, October 18 (see story and more photos on Page 10). The win put the Wildcats in the play-offs. They will play defending state champs Bishop Ludden on Friday, October 24, at Bishop Ludden in Syracuse. This will be the third consecutive meeting between the two schools in sectional play. Come and cheer on the Cats, as they strive to extend their win streak. (Submitted Photo)
